The CBC Outlaws 12U baseball team, led by Coach Russell in 2026, is dedicated to fostering an environment where athletes can develop the skills, work ethic, and resilience needed to achieve their goals of playing baseball past Little League or beyond. Through intense, focused practices, disciplined training away from the team, and competitive on-field experiences, we prioritize heavy skill development to help each player reach their full potential.  While we may not always be perfect, we hold ourselves to the highest standards, learning and adapting to ensure every athlete thrives in their baseball journey without compromising our mission.

Our 12U team will be heavily focused on development and takes a Little League first approach meaning our athletes are encouraged to play for their Local Little League teams in addition to our 12U team.  We ask that all Outlaws activities be prioritized over Little League when conflicts arise as we do limit our rosters and rely upon everyone to be present at practices and games.  The 12U season will conclude on or before Memorial Day weekend to allow the athletes time to focus on their Little League all star teams.
