Analytics and cookies

We use Google services (including Google Analytics through Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed, so we can improve it. These tools may use cookies and collect information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited.

When you first visit, a cookie consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Analytics and advertising cookies are only used according to the choices you make there, and you can change your choice at any time through the banner or by clearing cookies in your browser. Essential cookies needed for the site to work may still be set.

Embedded content

Some pages include content from other websites, such as Google Maps, calendars or videos. Embedded content behaves the same as if you visited the other website, and those sites may collect data about you and use cookies.

How we use and share information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, share club news, run our teams and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site and club (such as our website host, email and form tools, and the services named above), or when required by law.

How long we keep information

We keep messages and contact details only as long as needed to respond and run the club, and then delete them.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for parents, guardians and adult supporters of our players. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you’ve shared with us by emailing info@cbcoutlaws.com. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
